For teams that run on automation

Software writes the email. You keep the last word.

Mailroomly is built for teams whose apps, workflows and AI agents write most of their email. They all send through one API and one MCP server, every reply comes back to the thread it answers, and agents only send on their own where you allow it. Everything else waits for your team.

Everything your automation needs from email

  • One API for every sender

Apps, scripts and agents send, read and run campaigns through the same REST API.

  • Workflows call the API

n8n, Make and Zapier send and read email with an HTTP request to the REST API.

  • Agents over MCP

Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor connect to Mailroomly’s MCP server with a token.

  • Webhooks for every event

Delivered, bounced, opened, clicked and received: your workflows react as it happens.

  • Replies don’t vanish

A reply to a receipt or a newsletter lands in a team inbox, next to what was sent.

  • Approval where it matters

Choose per agent what it sends on its own and what waits as a draft.

  • Limits per key and token

A daily limit per app key, and the addresses and actions each agent’s token may use.

  • One plan instead of three tools

Sending, the inbox, campaigns and connected agents on one monthly plan.

Questions about automation

Is there a native n8n, Make or Zapier integration?

No. They call Mailroomly’s REST API with an HTTP request, which works with any tool that can make one.

What if a workflow sends too much?

Set a daily limit on its app key. Above it, its sends are refused until midnight UTC, and administrators get a notice.

Can an agent run on its own?

Where you allow it. Each agent’s token lists what it may send on its own; the rest waits for approval.
