Security and privacy
Mailroomly stores your email in the EU, in Ireland, and acts as your processor under the GDPR. Transactional mail always goes before marketing, each organization keeps its own sending reputation, and every organization agrees to the same clean-email rules. You can export everything and close your organization whenever you want.

Security and privacy
Transactional first
Receipts and password resets never wait behind a newsletter, and the two are watched apart.
Your own reputation
Each organization’s sending is kept apart and watched for you. A rise in bounces or complaints pauses that kind of email before it harms the rest.
Stored in the EU
Your email, contacts and settings are stored in Ireland. We act as your processor under the GDPR, as the terms describe.
Access you decide
Administrators choose who opens each address, and each agent’s token lists the addresses and actions it may use. Deleting for good, administrator rights and closing the organization need someone signed in.
Yours to take
Export your organization’s email in a format standard mail tools import, or close it, whenever you want.
How we keep email clean
Mailroomly sends only email that recipients expect. Every organization on the platform agrees to these rules, and we enforce them.
- Organizations send from domains they have proven they control, signed with DKIM and covered by SPF and DMARC, or from a free address on our own domain, with lower limits.
- Only email recipients asked for: no purchased, rented or scraped lists, and no unsolicited email.
- Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe, and we stop sending to that subscriber at once.
- An address that doesn’t exist, or keeps bouncing, is suppressed, and one that reports a message as spam is suppressed at once.
- New organizations start with low daily limits, which grow with a good sending record.
- We pause any organization whose bounces or complaints rise, and close accounts that break these rules.
