Mailroomly and SendGrid
Mailroomly and SendGrid both send app email through an API, and Mailroomly accepts SendGrid’s own requests. SendGrid stops at sending: replies go to a webhook you build on, and newsletters are a separate product. Mailroomly adds team inboxes, campaigns and AI agents with approval, from €12 a month for 10,000 emails.

When SendGrid fits better
- You send millions of emails a month and need nothing but sending.
- You need what we don’t offer yet, such as dedicated IP addresses or address validation.
- Your product already runs on Twilio’s other services, and you want one vendor.
Questions about moving from SendGrid
Can I keep my SendGrid code?
Yes. Point your SendGrid SDK at app.mailroomly.com and use a Mailroomly key. Your requests and webhook handlers keep working.
How long does the move take?
An afternoon for most apps: change the host and the key, then verify your domain’s DNS records in Mailroomly.
Can I run both while I move?
Yes. Move one app at a time; each keeps sending through its own key until you switch it.
