For software companies and integrators

Every client’s email, in one place.

Mailroomly gives software companies and integrators one organization per client, each with its own domains, sending reputation, limits and data. One sign-in switches between them. Your clients’ apps send through a drop-in API, their teams answer in shared inboxes, and each client needs one plan instead of a sending service, a shared inbox and a newsletter tool.

What you get for every client

  • One organization per client

Its own domains, sending reputation, limits, retention and data. One client’s bounces never touch another’s sending.

  • One sign-in for all of them

Belong to every client’s organization you run, and switch between them from the account menu.

  • A drop-in API

Their apps keep their SendGrid, Mailgun or Postmark code: change the host and the key.

  • Clients answer their own customers

Give a client’s team its addresses, while you run the setup, the apps and the agents.

  • Agents per client

Each agent’s token belongs to one organization, with the addresses and actions you choose.

  • Fewer bills to resell or absorb

One plan per client covers sending, the inbox, campaigns and connected agents.

  • Each client’s data, theirs to take

Export an organization’s email, contacts and settings, or close it, whenever the client asks.

Questions from integrators

Can my clients see each other?

No. Each client is its own organization, and each user sees only the organizations they belong to.

Who pays for a client’s organization?

Each organization has its own plan. You can pay for your clients’ plans or let them pay, and partner terms are agreed with us.

Can a client send from its own domain?

Yes. Each organization verifies its own domains, and its email is signed as the client’s own.
