Mailroomly and Postmark
Mailroomly and Postmark both put transactional email first, and Mailroomly accepts Postmark’s own requests and server tokens. Postmark sends and posts inbound mail to your server; there is no team inbox, and no lists or sign-up forms. Mailroomly adds team inboxes, campaigns and AI agents with approval, from €12 a month for 10,000 emails.

When Postmark fits better
- You only send transactional email and want nothing else in the tool.
- You need what we don’t offer yet, such as dedicated IP addresses.
- You need your data stored in the United States.
Questions about moving from Postmark
Can I keep my Postmark code?
Yes. Mailroomly answers Postmark’s endpoints and the X-Postmark-Server-Token header: change the host and the token.
What happens to my message streams?
Transactional mail goes first, and marketing goes out as campaigns, with the warm-up.
How long does the move take?
An afternoon for most apps. The manual has a step-by-step guide for moving from Postmark.
