Mailroomly manual

How to set up and use Mailroomly, in the web app or through your AI agents.

Esta página em português: Manual do Mailroomly.

Mailroomly puts every email your company sends and receives in one place: team inboxes such as support@, sales@ and billing@, the email your apps send, your campaigns, and the AI agents you connect over MCP or the API. Every reply lands next to what was sent, and you decide what goes out.

Three ways in

  • Run it in the web app. Set up your addresses, team and agents screen by screen: Getting started.
  • Run it with your AI agent. Give your own agent a token and ask it to "Set up the organization": Let your AI agent set it up, then AI agents.
  • Send from your apps. Connect your website, shop or backend with an API key and webhooks: Apps and the API.

Start here

  • Getting started: from an empty organization to a first conversation, in about 30 minutes.
  • Finding your way: the two experiences, navigation, Where to?, roles, language and theme.
  • Signing in: invitations, passwords, Google and signing out.

Every day

  • Inbox: read and answer your addresses' conversations, with your agents.
  • Activity: everything sent, received and blocked, and each send's route.
  • Campaigns and marketing: the Campaigns view, consent, unsubscribes and the warm-up.
  • Newsletters: write, send now, later or spread over a few hours, and read the results.
  • Contacts and lists: your contacts, lists, imports and sign-up forms.
  • Automations: emails that go out on their own, such as a welcome series.
  • Notices: what needs attention in your sending, and who can fix it.

Set up and run

  • Addresses and domains: the free address, your own domain and its DNS records, addresses and who can open them.
  • Team: invite people, and choose what each one can reach.
  • AI agents: personal tokens, connecting an MCP client, and an agent that administers the organization.
  • Apps and the API: apps and keys, webhooks and test emails.
  • Moving from Postmark: keep your Postmark code and change the address and the token.
  • Moving from SendGrid: keep your SendGrid code and change the API host and the key.
  • Moving from Mailgun: keep your Mailgun code and change the API URL and the key.
  • Plan and limits: your plan, this month's emails, sending trust and daily limits.
  • Settings and privacy: your account, retention, exporting the data, erasing a person's data and closing the organization.
  • Your own sending accounts: the enterprise option of sending from your organization's own cloud account.

Help

  • Troubleshooting: what to do when mail doesn't arrive, doesn't leave or is refused.
  • Glossary: Mailroomly's words, in plain terms.
  • What's new: every change you can see, newest first.
